If you are really ready to commit to your health and wellbeing, and want more personalised results then Semi-Private Personal Training may be for you.


What can it do for you that Small Group Training can't? It is a highly personalised option for coaching. We have the opportunity to provide you with greater personalisation to target your goals. We can focus more narrowly with your training, nutrition and mindset. Semi-Private Training is conducted in groups of no more than four, with each person working on their own plan. So you have the motivation and encouragement of others around you but in a more private setting. Contract and No Contract options available

This group is for you if you are - well over 70. You will find a group that helps you work on your health and fitness so that you can continue to participate in life on your terms, keep up with the (great) grandkids and all the other things we want to do now our lives are our own.


We get it. As we get older, our priorities change and to be able to move, maintain our independence and actively participate in life is a large driver for us. Here at Just Move It, our focus is not just on jumping on a machine - our classes are fun and focus on building strength and resilience in the movement we do in our day to day lives. Not only that but you get to be part of caring community of friends.
