INGREDIENTS

  • 200g can white beans, drained
  • 2x 145g cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. avocado mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until evenly combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 2 bowls and serve
