- 150g sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- 60g raw cashews
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1½ tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp. water

Method:
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz to a paste
- Store the mixture in a sealed jar in the refrigerator. Serve on top of bread or with vegetables.
