INGREDIENTS

  • 150g sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • 60g raw cashews
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp. sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp. water

Serve with :

  • 2 Slice of Wholemeal Sourdough.

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz to a paste
  • Store the mixture in a sealed jar in the refrigerator. Serve on top of bread or with vegetables.

Serve with 2 slices of Wholemeal Sour Dough Toast. Add the following to your caloric and macro intake
