INGREDIENTS
- 6 tbsp of dried oregano
- 5 tbsp of sumac
- 1 tbsp of dried thyme
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2-3 tsp of Cumin
Method:
- Combine all spices well, grind in mortar and pestle or spice grinder and store in an air-tight container
