INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tbsp of dried oregano
  • 5 tbsp of sumac
  • 1 tbsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2-3 tsp of Cumin

Method:

  • Combine all spices well, grind in mortar and pestle or spice grinder and store in an air-tight container
