INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1 cup Kefir
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 20 Almonds

Method:

  • In a blender, blend together cherries, kefir, cinnamon, chia seeds, and 1/4 cup water. Add more water more thinner consistency if desired
  • Serve with a side of almonds
