INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 Cinnamon
- 1 cup Frozen Cherries
- 1 cup Kefir
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Water
- 20 Almonds
Method:
- In a blender, blend together cherries, kefir, cinnamon, chia seeds, and 1/4 cup water. Add more water more thinner consistency if desired
- Serve with a side of almonds
