INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup sliced Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Slivered Almonds
Method:
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey. Stir well to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
- Once the chia pudding has reached a pudding-like consistency, stir well. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Top with berries and almonds and enjoy!
