INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Slivered Almonds

Method:

  • In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey. Stir well to combine.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
  • Once the chia pudding has reached a pudding-like consistency, stir well. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Top with berries and almonds and enjoy!
