  • Preheat the oven 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mince, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder until well combined. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet into the hot oven and bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Transfer the meatballs to a serving bowl and toss with the sweet chili sauce.
