If you are using programs like My Fitness Pal, Chron etc to track your macros, then you can work out your standard macro split using the calculator below. Unless somebody has a particular need, I use a 40%-40%-20% macro ratio (40% of your daily calories from carbs and proteins and 20% from fats) which gives you a balanced macro split. If you need a more specific macro split, ie/ you are taking on a sporting challenge etc where your macro's need to be more like 50-60% carbs, 25% protein and 15% fats, then let me know and I can help you with this.
