INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 30g parsley, stems removed
  • 1 shallot, trimmed and chopped
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 240ml water, divided

Method:

  • In a food processor, add the avocado, parsley, green onion, sea salt and approximately half of the water (about 120ml).
  • Process until smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed to ensure everything is well blended.
  • Gradually add more water, one tablespoon at a time, to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store for later use.
