INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- 30g parsley, stems removed
- 1 shallot, trimmed and chopped
- sea salt, to taste
- 240ml water, divided
Method:
- In a food processor, add the avocado, parsley, green onion, sea salt and approximately half of the water (about 120ml).
- Process until smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed to ensure everything is well blended.
- Gradually add more water, one tablespoon at a time, to achieve the desired consistency.
- Enjoy immediately, or store for later use.
