INGREDIENTS
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 1/2 cups of avocado oil
Method:
- Place egg yolks, mustard, salt, lemon juice and water into a food processor or bowl.
- Combine ingredients and then leave it working at a low speed.
- Drizzel the avocado oil into the mix slowly and consistently, until the oil is combined and the mixture thickens. Will take a couple of minutes.
- Place the finished product into an airtight container and refrigerate. Will last for about a week.
